Creative Minds: Exploration of Visual Artists
CCAD Photography Projects Curated by Hiroshi Hayakawa

Exhibition Statement:

Thirteen students enrolled in Photography Projects course at Columbus College of Art and Design-CCAD worked on this group project over a 5 week period. The goal of the project was to capture the essence of an active art scene in Central Ohio by showcasing several professional visual artists living and working today. Through the process of photographing their subjects and listening to their stories, our students were able to catch a glimpse of the rich artistic talent pool in Central Ohio and renew the perspective on their own artistic future inspired by the insights gained from working with the artists. We hope visitors to our show are inspired as much as our students were. - Hayakawa
